Free trial

New accounts may receive a 7-day trial and limited quotas to test the flow. At the end of the period or quotas, the platform may block new AI generations until the user chooses a plan.

Subscriptions

• The subscription is recurring according to the chosen plan.
• The user can cancel future renewal through the support channel or through the payment provider when available.
• Canceling the subscription does not automatically remove reports, preferences or data that must remain for backup, audit or applicable obligation.

Refund

Refund requests are analyzed case by case, considering technical failure, double billing, accidental purchase, usage period and the payment provider's rules. In international purchases, Dodo Payments may act as Merchant of Record and apply its own operational rules.
